A New Build completed Oct 2008. An ultra modern contemporary design thoughout. This project was a challenge but as you can see... the results speak for themselves.

Power distribution at first fix -
And complete... -
Comms room during first fix - This property is wired top to bottom with Cat6 & speaker cabling all linked back from each room to the home automation, allowing you to listen, play and view the cctv, dvd, Sky and more
Data Cabling - One of the many 'data' runs in a ceiling void
Kitchen @ first fix - Down light loops from the ceiling, appliance outlets on the rear wall. Orange loops for in ceiling speakers.
Plasterboarding - Ceiling is tacked and plinth built, time for us to cut out the 21 35mm LV down lights ready for plastering
Utility wall - Here you can see two main Data & Power runs, this is also where the isolation for kitchen appliances and the Lutron controller for all of the Kitchen/Family lighting, some 50 LV lights and led's
Under floor heating installation - John & Colin installing 15sqm of underfloor heating matt supplied by Warm-up.
